A Beautiful Grade II Listed Holiday Cottage in the heart of North Norfolk

Duck Cottage is a Grade II Listed brick and flint cottage built in 1870. Set in a beautiful spot in the Glaven Valley, Duck Cottage is located down a quiet lane in the pretty village of Letheringsett, home to the last flour producing watermill in Norfolk.

We have sympathetically restored the cottage, updating to allow for modern day luxuries whilst keeping the unique original features wherever we could.

The large pretty cottage garden with open views across the unspoilt countryside is a delightful space to enjoy, or warm up next to the log burner in the cosy lounge on cooler evenings.

Duck Cottage sleeps 4 (plus 1 on sofa bed) and we welcome up to 2 small/medium well behaved dogs (small additional fee applies)

  • The large master bedroom sleeps 2 with a king size bed and features an ensuite loo and basin
  • The smaller second bedroom sleeps 2 and features twin single beds

• A travel cot and a high chair are available on request

• Luxury shower rooms are located both upstairs and downstairs

• Fully enclosed, dog friendly garden and driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles
